Exquisite Golden Retrievers & Goldendoodles
VISITATION:
I do not allow visitation at all as the health of the pups is top priority, however I can connect you with someone in your area that has one of my pups and would be willing to meet with you
Just as an FYI You should never visit a breeder, too many chances for communicable diseases as Immunity to parvo is not full until pups have received all vaccines which is 16 weeks so if a breeder allows visitation I would recommend not getting a puppy from them as the one you get could have contracted something from anyone that "visited". So be cautious! If you wanted to meet one of my former pups I can connect you with a family that has one in your area and let you meet theirs and see the amazing quality I breed.
As far as temperament, I am a certified canine behavior consultant and been a trainer for decades, I would never breed any dogs I did not feel were of sound mind, also know that most of my pups are homed with families that have a child that has been diagnosed with autism or a learning disability so I pride myself on choosing the absolute best match for each family!
I encourage you to take a deep look through the website as it demonstrates far more details about our breeding program than I could say over a mere phone conversation. Once you have been educated about my extensive experience and looked through my credentials as well as the genetic tests that I personally test all my dogs for, note I also now test all puppies as well so basically there is no way you could get a dog from me with any genetic problems. Note that nature does take its own course as it does in humans and things can happen but our 6 year genetic health guarantee (also available in detail https://goldendoodlesny.com/health-guarantee ) covers genetic conditions if by chance they pop up although extremely unlikely and I have never had one of pups diagnosed with a genetic condition in 15 years of breeding... if that doesn't show the professionalism than I am not sure what else can be said to convince you.
Stacy administers a Microchip in the withers area when your puppy is around 2 weeks of age . This is proof of ownership and excellent way to reunite you with your dog if s/he is ever lost! *This is not a GPS chip.
As of 2019 We have upgraded our microchipping system to the 15 digit chip that allows you to travel anywhere with your dog! Microchip registration is INCLUDED in the price of your dog, you just send in your contact information along with the microchip number of the chip Stacy implants into your dog!
A Full DNA profile and access to DNA profile is included as well as all updates from the company testing the DNA.
Stacy Deworms puppies starting at 2-3 weeks of age, using Pyrantel Pamoate, Fenbediazole & sulfadimethoxine.
These are all just preventative, worms and parasites can come from stress and environmental changes as well as the travel home so these things can recur, they are not always noticed through a fecal sample here because we are constantly treating for them as a preventative but they can come from anywhere so be sure to consistently take a fecal sample into your vet once you have puppy in your home to be sure to catch and recurrence of them.
